TECHNICAL FIELD The invention relates to an arrangement for the presentation of advertising designed for mounting inside a vehicle, comprising an advertising medium and a plastic fragrance body, which fragrance body is in the form of an unevenly shaped figure, and a front side and a rear side, which in particular have different shapes, as well as with a rear side provided on the fragrance body fastening means which is designed for attachment of the fragrance body to a ventilation slot of the vehicle. Furthermore, the invention relates to an advertising medium for such an arrangement according to claim 8.
Background Art There have been known various promotional articles in the form of flags or pennants that can be hung inside the vehicle. Other items for storage in the vehicle may also be provided with advertising. The mentioned flags and pennants, however, can represent a visual obstruction for the driver and are possibly criticized by the police. Other items with advertisements are loosely stored in the vehicle and may also disturb the driver or may be lost, so that an advertising effect may be doubtful. However, there is also a need to display advertising in the vehicle, e.g. for sports clubs or for other promotional purposes. From DE 10 2011 001 637 A1 it is known to attach a container with perfume to a ventilation grille in the interior of a vehicle. From CH 708 900 A2 a generic arrangement for the presentation of advertising in a vehicle is known. This arrangement has proven itself. But it has a relatively small advertising space.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is to provide an improved arrangement for the presentation of advertising in the interior of a vehicle.
This is achieved in an arrangement of the type mentioned above in that the arrangement comprises an advertising medium which can be fastened to the front of the fragrance body, including on the advertising first fixing means and at the front of the fragrance body second fastening means are provided, which cooperating with Attachment of the advertising medium are designed on the fragrance body.
This arrangement provides through the front of the scent body arranged advertising an advertising space available that can be designed to be larger than the advertising space of the prior art, as it does not obstruct the air flow on the fragrance body and thus does not restrict the fragrance function. Furthermore, it can be better avoided by the attachment from the front fluttering of the advertising medium in the air flow, which could be distracting to the driver. The advertising medium of the arrangement according to the invention can be exchanged more easily than the advertising medium according to the prior art, which can be particularly advantageous if information is displayed on the advertising medium that the user of the vehicle wants to change, such as logos of sports clubs. Thus, during an international event an advertising medium with the logo of a national team can be used and outside this time an advertising medium with the logo of a club team. The arrangement avoids in known manner also the problem of a possible obstruction by the attachment to the ventilation grille of the vehicle takes place, so that the arrangement does not come to rest in the primary field of view through the windshield of the vehicle. By connecting the advertising medium with a fragrance body, an added value for the vehicle user is connected, so that usually the advertising is left in the vehicle, as long as the fragrance body still emits perfume. Preferably, the front side and the back side of the shaped fragrance body are different in order to guide the air flow, which initially reaches the back, to and around the fragrance body in order to bring about a uniform scenting effect.
In a preferred embodiment of the arrangement, the fragrance body on its front side a recess into which the also uneven shaped advertising medium is used. This makes it possible to use the advertising medium in the fragrance body, without the advertising medium protruding from the fragrance body or at most only slightly protruding or even something is set back against the surface of the fragrance body. This reduces a possible risk of injury when handling the vehicle ventilation, to the ventilation grille of the fragrance body is mounted. This is usually made of a resilient plastic material, which does not pose a risk of injury, while the advertising medium is usually made of a comparatively harder plastic, which is well suited for printing with advertising.
In a preferred embodiment of the arrangement, the advertising medium is provided with at least one protruding from the back of the advertising medium bolt which is insertable into a corresponding recesses of the scent body for receiving the bolt, in which recesses of the bolt is frictionally retained. For a simple and secure attachment is achieved and the advertising medium can still be easily removed or replaced with another advertising medium. Preferably, two bolts and corresponding recesses are provided. In an alternative or additional method of attachment of the advertising medium may have fastening means which engage over the scent body like a clip and engage in corresponding lateral recesses of the scent body.
In a preferred embodiment of the arrangement, the scent body on lateral arms, which lie in the region of the scent body attached to the advertising medium and that the advertising medium is shaped so that it forms lateral covers that cover part of the arms. The lateral arms increase the surface of the fragrance body and thus the release of fragrances in the air flow from the ventilation shaft of the vehicle. With the side covers of the advertising medium can be additionally supported on the arms and thus better secured and it can result in a clear positioning.
In the preferred embodiment of the arrangement, the advertising medium consists of a molded plastic part which is formed of a plastic of greater hardness than the plastic of the fragrance body. It is further preferred that the fastening device which is provided for fastening the fragrance body to a ventilation grille of a vehicle, is formed by a clamp made of a plastic which has a greater hardness than the plastic of the fragrance body.
The invention is further based on the object to provide an advertising medium for an inventive arrangement.
This is achieved with an advertising medium, which is an unevenly shaped plastic part which is formed of a plastic of greater hardness than the plastic of the fragrance body and having fastening means which are provided and arranged for engagement with corresponding attachment means of the fragrance body.
For a well printable advertising medium is created, which is easily attachable to the corresponding fragrance body.
Preferably, the advertising medium on the top side has a convex curved advertising surface and side parts, whereby a cavity is formed on the underside and it is preferred that the advertising medium has two upper side laterally projecting, opposing projections whose underside are in communication with the cavity. A corresponding advertising medium can be adapted to the shape of the fragrance body, so that the advertising medium adapts well to the shape of the fragrance body and does not form protruding edges of hard plastic on the fragrance body, which can constitute a risk of injury.

MODES FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION With reference to FIGS. 1 to 7, a first embodiment of the arrangement 1 for the presentation of advertising is shown. A further example is shown with reference to FIGS. 8 to 15. The following explanations relate to both examples unless express reference is made to only one of the examples. Like reference numerals are used for the same or similar but functionally identical elements. The arrangement comprises a fragrance body 2 in the form of a figure, which is shown in the first example as a lizard-like figure and is shown in the second example as a human-like figure. The figure may, however, be any uneven, shaped figure whose front side 5 and back side 7 (which is the side facing the ventilation grille) are in particular not identically shaped. The fragrance body is formed in a manner known per se from a plastic which is added or soaked with at least one fragrance, so that the fragrance body releases the at least one fragrance for a long time, usually for several weeks, so that the fragrance body for scenting serves the space in which it is arranged, which applies in this case for the interior of a motor vehicle.
In the fragrance body, a fastening device 4 is fixed, which allows with its projecting from the fragrance element element attachment to a ventilation grille in the vehicle interior of a vehicle. In the first example shown, the element of the fastening device protruding from the fragrance body is a clamp-shaped element. The fastening device furthermore has a fixation section which is not visible in the figures and projects into the fragrance body 2, where it fixes the fastening device 4 in the fragrance body. The fixing portion may be pin-shaped or peg-shaped and may have protruding anchoring elements in order to securely anchor the fastening device 4 in the fragrance body 2. The fixation section can be pressed into these after formation of the fragrance body, wherein a collar may be provided which limits the Einpresstiefe. In another variant, in the production of the fragrance body 2, the fixing portion may be directly surrounded by its material, e.g. be injection-molded in an injection mold, wherein also a collar may be provided. In the second example, the fastening device 4 is not shown. However, it is preferably carried out as in the first example. A recess 4 'indicates the point at which the clip or a similar element in the fragrance body can be attached.
An advertising medium 6 is attached to the fragrance body. For this purpose, the fragrance body and the advertising medium have corresponding fastening means. The advertising medium usually has no fragrances.
In the illustrated embodiment, the advertising medium 6 is a bent-shaped element made of a plastic which is harder in comparison with the plastic of the fragrance body and allows good printing, for example by means of pad printing or other printing methods. Instead of printing, advertising on the advertising medium may also be applied by gluing the same or by engraving or in other ways known to the person skilled in the art. The advertising medium 6 may already have been provided with a desired color during production. In particular, the advertising medium is designed such that it provides a convex curved advertising surface on the upper side and has side parts 14 and has a cavity 15 on the underside. Further, in particular, that the advertising medium on each side has a protruding projection 13, which projections are arranged opposite to each other, wherein the underside of each is connected to the cavity 15.
The advertising medium has in the first example, two cylindrical bolts 16 which are fixed to the underside 15 of the advertising medium or formed integrally therewith. In the second example, four cylindrical bolts 16 are provided. These bolts fit into corresponding recesses or holes 18 in the fragrance body (FIG. 7 and FIGS. 11 and 12), so that the advertising medium is frictionally secured in the fragrance body by the insertion of the bolts into the holes with the bolts. The attachment only with frictional engagement allows removal of the media, if desired. It can also be alternatively or additionally provided a positive fastening of the advertising medium 6 on the fragrance body. Thus, inwardly projecting ribs of the side parts 14 of the advertising medium could engage in corresponding lateral grooves in the fragrance body.
Preferably, the fragrance body has a recess 17 in the region of the advertising medium to be fastened to it, so that a recess in the fragrance body is provided for the advertising medium, in which the advertising medium comes to rest. This is preferably done so that the surface of the advertising medium is substantially flush with the adjacent surface of the fragrance body when the advertising medium is attached to the fragrance body, as shown in Figs. 2 and 3 and 8 and 9 can be seen. This is preferred for the reasons mentioned above. Alternatively, the fragrance body and the advertising medium can also be designed so that there is a slightly sunk in the fragrance body position of the mounted advertising medium or a slightly protruding position.
Preferably, the advertising medium is shaped so that it is provided on the inside with a cavity 15, as shown in the figures. The advertising medium can also be formed from solid material. It is also preferred if the advertising medium has the mentioned lateral projections 13, which lie over lateral arms 12 of the fragrance body and result in mounted advertising medium, a partial coverage of the arms. This results in a clear mounting position and stabilizes the position of the advertising medium.
The advertising medium 6 can be provided with images and / or advertising slogans as desired by an advertiser. For example, the advertising media can be designed in the colors and names of football clubs. But of course you can choose any design. Also, the shape and size of the advertising media 6 are not limited to the example shown and the advertising media can be designed according to the desired shape and size. Such advertising media are produced or printed in the desired quantities before they are fastened to a fragrance body with the fastening means.
The advertising operator can let the fragrance body color and formally and in the scent so design or can choose him from a number of pre-existing designs and colors that he fits the advertising on the advertising medium. Corresponding advertising media are then sold together with the fragrance body or distributed free of charge.
